Responsibilities
1. Life Group Ministry
- Assist Life Group Pastor in building a vibrant community for the ministry.
- Develop leadership skills and character of Community Leaders.
- Mentor, coach and encourage Community Leaders.
- Help Community leaders to identify and develop Group Leaders.
- Facilitate the exchange of ideas between Community leaders and Group Leaders.
- Conduct regular Huddles with Community leaders with respective Group leaders.
- Visit and encourage Life Groups in his/her community.
- Provide pastoral care and visits when there is hospitalization and bereavement in his/her community.
- Participate in all church corporate and Life Group ministry events and meetings.
2. Filipino Ministry
- Work with and report to the Language Ministry Pastor.
- Provide pastoral care and counselling to the Filipinos.
- Work with volunteers/committee members serving in the Filipino Fellowship ministry.
- Provide administrative and operational support (includes annual planning and budgeting for Filipino ministry).
- Plan the annual ministry direction, including services, life group meetings, trainings.
- Plan and purchase relevant resource materials.
3. Other Duties
- Perform assigned duties and oversee a well-coordinated Sunday Order of Service and smooth flow of logistics and technical support.
- Timely submission of reports and attendance at meetings, e.g. Local Conference Executive Committee (LCEC) meetings, where required.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Pastor-in- Charge.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall support, engagement and care of the Missions Ministry Workers including planning of annual mission worker retreat and visits to locations where overseas workers are based.
- Strengthen the process and training system of raising potential candidates and interns for missions work.
- Plan, design and conduct training modules on missions’ awareness and missions members care for church members.
- Plan, coordinate, provide support and budget for Missions Month, Missions Sunday and related Missions awareness programmes.
- Recruit and train volunteers to support mission activities.
- Collaborate with partner organizations and agencies to maximize the impact of mission programs.
- Prepare regular reports on mission activities and outcomes.
- Develop and recommend a comprehensive missions strategy aligned with the church’s overall vision and goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify fields or partnership opportunities where the church can make an impact.
- Perform assigned congregational duties and ensure smooth flow of logistics and technical support.
- Perform any other duties as assigned including teaching/preaching, attending to walk-ins, conduct home blessings, hospital visits and wake services.
Requirements
- Have at least two years prior experience in similar capacity
- Pastoral heart of servanthood
- Strong communication skills, team player
- Good planner and organizer who is able to meet deadline
- Willing to work on weekends
- Theology certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and produce media content (eg weekly livestream services and other approved videos)
- Be the official videographer/photographer for corporate events
- Organise and maintain photo and video archive
- Oversee media equipment usage and maintenance
- Manage team of volunteers to assist in church photography/videography
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of video production
- Creative and passionate about media and technology
- Responsible and able to take initiative towards excellence in projects
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
