Faith Methodist Church partners Pelita Permai, a free community school for children from the surrounding slum areas, by providing their teachers with training and resources for teaching, as well as being involved in the planning of field camps and excursion trips for the children. Its vision is to transform the lives of the slum dwellers to become skilled individuals in keeping with the Great Commission through education, mentoring and equipping.
