MATTHEW 28 : 19-20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Missions is at the core of our church and the heart of every Christ follower. As we seek to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, we are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by spreading the message of love and hope to the farthest corners of the world.

Our missions strategy focuses on three areas
Sending WORKERS
We currently have nine local workers and two overseas missionaries.

supporting fields
We support and mobilise members to eight Acts 1:8 mission fields located in Southeast Asia. For each of these fields, we partner local churches or organisations by supporting them financially and spiritually to further the Great Commission.

Equipping MEMBERS
We believe that everyone is called to missions, and everyone has something to offer in service of the Great Commission. The Missions Ministry makes available equipping opportunities throughout the year for the congregation to be trained in various aspects of missions.
KAIROS Course
KAIROS is a foundational discipleship course on God’s mission. It develops the major biblical theme of God’s heart for all the nations of the world—both globally and in the neighbourhood—and His desire to use His people to be a blessing to them. The course is run twice a year at Faith Methodist Church. Look out for upcoming KAIROS courses at the Events tab.

Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” In obedience to His word, we actively send out local- and overseas-based mission workers, in partnership with mission agencies, para-church organisations or theological institutions.

Our Acts 1:8 mission fields
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” – Acts 1:8
In obedience to the Great Commission, we support and mobilise members for active involvement in eight overseas Acts 1:8 mission fields. The vision for our Acts 1:8 fields is to establish and enable Christ-centered indigenous disciple-making communities.
